Does NEOTA specialize in any specific service or industry group ( IT, Industrial,Professional,Office,).
One of the main value propositions of NEOTA is our ability to assist customers in a variety of industry groups through our founding partners Integrity Staffing Services and Staffing Solutions Enterprises and our affiliations with other top niche staffing providers in Northeast Ohio. This provides the customer the ease of use through one lead contact (NEOTA) but allows the flexibility of use of niche resources already vetted through our alliance.
What benefits/features does NEOTA offer that my current or other suppliers don’t?
NEOTAs unique approach brings many benefits to a customer beyond a traditional staffing supplier. Through our alliance we not only provide regular permanent placement, temporary staffing, and payrolling services we can assist with needs for HR consulting services, HR technology solutions for applicant tracking and performance management, as well as VMS (Vendor Management Solutions), RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solutions, and PEO (Professional Employment Organization) services.
Is NEOTA affiliated or recognized by other groups or organizations that bring more resources and support than other staffing suppliers.
NEOTA is an endorsed Preferred Partner of the Employer’s Resource Council (ERC). Through our partnership we have access to Northeast Ohio’s premier resource for HR consulting and training services. In addition, Staffing Solutions Enterprises, one of the founding members of NEOTA has sponsored ERC’s NorthCoast 99 Award for Top Employers in Northeast Ohio for the past nine years. Staffing Solutions is recognized as a WBENC certified women owned business enterprises and carries a GSA government purchasing schedule. Integrity Staffing Services Principal has served on the Ohio Staffing Association board of directors for the past 10 years.
Does NEOTA only service and supply companies located in Northeast Ohio?
NEOTA is primarily focused on the Northeast Ohio market but does provide some of it’s services nationally such as its permanent placement and payrolling services, HR technology solutions, HR consulting services, and VMS (Vendor Management Services).
Can NEOTA support and service my staffing or HR Solutions needs outside of Ohio and in multi-state locations?
Yes, many of our solutions can be offered nationally. We are currently providing a variety of our services in 20 states through out the country.
Is NEOTA more cost effective than my current service.
There are many factors to consider when looking at cost effectiveness. If the only factor important to you is unit price then there will always be someone willing to give a lower price and NEOTA is NOT your best solution. BUT, if you are truly looking at total cost effectiveness and adding value then yes, NEOTA can be more cost effective then your current resource. The areas of cost effectiveness that we focus on are a fair unit price, ease of use which saves time and creates value, creating time saving processes which save money, and improving results (reducing things like time-to-fill and turnover and increasing quality of job fit and retention).
What benefit do I get in using NEOTA when my company has not been satisfied or never used a staffing firm before?

I currently use a national provider (Kelly, Manpower, Addecco) that offers everything I need for all my staffing requirements and has multiple offices to support my large staffing and recruitment needs. Can NEOTA offer the same?
If a national solution is what you need due to a large volume of staffing spread across multiple locations then yes, NEOTA can offer an alternative to the traditional national provider solution. Over the past 10 years we have developed and offer a national staffing solution that provides control and centralization of a Managed Staffing Program while still maintaining the flexibility to utilize multiple local staffing resources. This alternative solution has consistently out-performed the more traditional single source national contract.
