For the first time in our region, there's a workforce management organization that combines tested concepts, superior technology and a host of other sophisticated resources with five decades of knowledge about the North East Ohio business and labor communities. NEOTA wants our region to grow, prosper and gain stability even in this uncertain environment. We simply can't accept the status quo.
NEOTA is an alliance of Integrity Staffing and Staffing Solutions Enterprises, companies with more than 52 years of combined experience in serving and understanding the North East Ohio Business Community.
Integrity Staffing, led by CEO Dan Barnett, has focused on light industrial staffing and set itself apart from competitors by using the latest placement technology and giving excellent customer service to provide quality staffing service to all clients. 
Since its inception in 1992, Integrity Staffing has provided clients with consistent service and timely response filling long- or short-term assignments (including temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct placement) and offering payroll services.
Dan Barnett, CSP, a 1989 graduate of The Ohio State University, holds a BSBA in Finance. Mr. Barnett founded Integrity Staffing and has led its growth from start-up to its current place as a leader in workforce management solutions. Dan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors, Ohio Staffing & Search Association. Prior to starting Integrity Staffing, Dan was a Senior Account Executive with J.B. Brown & Associates, Inc in Cleveland, Ohio, specializing in Executive Search, Sales and Manufacturing.
Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE), led by Founder and CEO Carmella Calta, is an innovative, full-service recruitment solutions organization. For more than 35 years, it has successfully helped organizations recruit, select talent and achieve their goals. SSE's quality-driven, human resource management solutions include temporary, temp-to-hire and direct placement services and recruitment process outsourcing. As an early adopter of technology solutions, SSE recognized the potential of the Internet and for the past decade has delivered software-based recruitment solutions. The company was among the very first to create online job postings and now provides enterprise-wide, Internet-based workforce management and applicant tracking solutions.
Ms. Calta broke barriers for women in business by launching SSE in 1974 in the volatile and competitive environment of staffing services. What began as a two-person company has now expanded into a formidable multi-million-dollar corporation with thousands of placements annually in 21 states. She has continued to establish herself as one of North East Ohio's most innovative entrepreneurs by launching four additional businesses, all of which have achieved a success equal to that of SSE. Over the years, Ms. Calta and SSE have been recognized as The Weatherhead 100 Service Company of the Year, National Association of Women Business Owners Top 10 and Crain's Woman of Note. She is an active member of In Counsel with Women and a board member of the Employers Resource Council.
SueAnn Naso, President of Staffing Solutions
SueAnn Naso has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Her expertise is in consulting with companies to determine staffing strategies for both permanent staff as well as contract staff. These strategies include all facets of recruiting and retention from sourcing and screening to on-boarding and retention of top talent. Her specialties include creative sourcing techniques, social networking resources, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor management, HRIS and ATS system selection and management, and recruitment metrics. She is currently the President of Staffing Solutions Enterprises.
SueAnn is very involved within the Human Resources community; she is a member of the National and Cleveland chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management, currently holding a role on the local board as V. P of Membership and President-Elect. She is also a member of the Northern Ohio Human Resources Planning Society and ERC (the Employer's Resource Council).
SueAnn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. In addition she has received several HR certifications and recognitions such as receiving the Employment Management Association Host award and most recently the ERC Hero's award in 2009.
Tom Olsen serves as Vice President of Sales for NEOTA
Tom is responsible for the growth and development of all NEOTA service offerings which include; Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Vendor Management Solutions, myTalentLink's Applicant Tracking Solutions and professional and light industrial staffing services.
Prior to joining myTalentLink, Olsen was the Senior Vice President for TransForce Inc, one of the largest providers of contracted CDL truck drivers in the U.S. today. Olsen has over 27 years of proven experience within the staffing industry and was previously Regional Vice President of the Midwest with Tandem Staffing and was responsible for the 33 branches with revenues exceeding 185 million in annualized sales. He also served as Director of the Industrial Division Worldwide for Kelly Services Inc for 13 years.
